    At some point during our lives, we all go through moments of pain. Everyone encounters obstacles from time to time, and occasionally these challenges appear insurmountable. The good news is that assistance is available. My expertise lies in providing support to couples, families, and individuals who are either undergoing significant changes or seeking such changes. I specialize in working with couples experiencing high levels of conflict, those facing the complexities of committing to or ending a long-term relationship, new parents, families grappling with conflicts, individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, fears, and low self-esteem, as well as those coping with grief and bereavement. As a direct and practical therapist, my aim is to facilitate the resolution of issues and offer assistance.

    I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, along with their families, to address issues around self-harm, suicidality, and crisis, as well as stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, substance abuse, trauma and grief. I take a systemic approach, integrating various therapeutic approaches to accommodating you individual and/or family’s needs. I offer individual, couples and family therapy.

    Taking the first step into therapy is immensely challenging and sometimes scary. For each client I honor the courage it takes to make that first step. The needs of each individual can vary greatly and as I result I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client as an individual. My hope is to provide every client with a space for them to feel safe to explore themselves more fully and navigate the challenges they are facing.

I will be by your side during your therapeutic journey, helping you set and achieve your goals.  My therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrating Narrative and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, however I am able to apply other modalities based on my clients needs.     I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who are challenged by stress, anxiety, anger, depression, self-esteem or relationships as well as those impacted by grief. Primarily a Person-Centered therapist, I also incorporate CBT, DBT and other modalities for a customized solution for you, the individual. My approach helps locate your inner strength and desire to grow and change, while empowering you to make that journey possible.
